We have most of our fabrics by the metre, but we only sell selected ones in the online store and only a few as furniture fabrics. This is because our stocking is dynamic and because furniture upholstery and other similar furnishings require a certain amount of wear and tear. On these fabrics we have a so-called Martindale value. A fabric's Martindale value states, in short, how many turns a fabric-covered rotary plate has been able to spin against the fabric without missing any stitches. The higher the Martindale value, the harder wear it can handle. Without the Martindale value, the advantages of linen fabrics are many. For example, that it is an environmentally friendly natural product and has a beautiful durable texture, it breathes well and can be machine washed according to our washing instructions..
