METHOD OF DELIVERY
When delivering goods within Sweden, we send shipments with Postnord MyPack Collect (agent) and Postnord Waribrev. In the case of larger shipments, which exceed the weight of 20 kg, the goods are sent as Postnord business packages, and the order is then delivered to Postnord's nearest business center. Even for deliveries outside Sweden, delivery generally takes place with Postnord. To Germany we ship with DHL.
Notification takes place via SMS to the mobile number entered at the time of the order. If a mobile number is missing, notification is made via e-mail. If a mobile number or e-mail is missing, the notification is sent by letter, which means a one-day delivery delay.

DELIVERY TIMES
Sweden :
Goods in stock: 1-3 working days.
Products that are temporarily out of stock: For products that are temporarily out of stock, delivery normally takes 3-7 working days. We will send you updated information about the status of your order by email.
EU countries:
Delivery time is 4-10 working days
Outside the EU and Europe
4-14 working days, depending on the destination and the time it takes for customs clearance.
Additional information:
– Delivery time for special order items may vary; normally it takes 2-3 weeks to produce these. For some special items, it may take longer.
- With each order, we send a personal order acknowledgment with estimated delivery time.
- When purchasing several items, we strive to send them together unless otherwise desired. Any shipping costs for partial deliveries are paid by the customer.
- If there is a delay in delivery, you will be notified by email.
Transport responsibility/damages to shipments
If the product is damaged or lost during transport on the way to the customer, Klässbols Linneväveri AB is responsible. When returning, you as the sender are responsible for the goods, we therefore recommend that you pack the shipment carefully. If upon unpacking you discover that the contents are damaged, contact us as soon as possible.
Unclaimed packages
For packages that are not redeemed, Klässbols Linneväveri AB reserves the right to invoice the customer for shipping costs. If you have chosen invoice as a payment option, the invoice is included in the package, therefore it is important to redeem the package and pay it within 10 days to avoid reminder fees and late payment interest.
