Kerstin Munter (1957 – 2006), worked as a designer/glass blower during the years 1981 – 2006 and had her roots in Värmland. During the 1970s and 1980s, she exhibited in the USA, England, Japan, Holland and France, in addition to many exhibitions in Sweden. In the fall of 1991, Kerstin returned to Värmland to run her own glass cabin there from 1992 as part of the Handicraft Round in Klässbol, which also includes the Linneväveriet. Educations she has undergone include Aesthetic line at Kyrkeruds Folkshögskola (1974), Riksglassskolan in Orrefors (1980), Art education, Grundis, in Stockholm (1981). She ran her own glass cabin in Robertsfors and Klässbol for about twenty years.
