Fru Embla was nominated for FORMEX Formidable 2011! Fru Embla is a pendang to Herr Ask and, like him, she has a strong character of her own. Seemingly done at random but with the greatest conscious order. She holds up and frames the china and is perfect for pairing with Herr Ask , which is a nice contrast with its sharp pattern. He, like Fru Embla goes from one color to another, but they do it in their own different ways. The pattern has been ingrained in me for a long time and we have talked for a long time about Embla. It may look simple, but there are countless hours behind it to make the pattern look so random. Many samples were produced before we were completely satisfied. It is a dear reunion to be able to work with Klässbols Linneväveri again and with the materials and techniques that can maintain such a high quality, which is rare in Sweden's art industry today. – Margot Barolo

Shrinkage: All sizes given refer to unwashed fabric. Expect a shrinkage of around 5-7% both in length and width in connection with the first wash. Follow the washing instructions.
